Fox Restaurants orders up at Peoria Sports Complex

A developer has secured two “premier, chef-driven” restaurants planned for the ambitious Stadium Point project adjacent to Peoria Sports Complex.

Phoenix-based Common Bond Development Group previously secured popular eatery Postino for the parcel, and more recently, the firm locked down North Italia and Blanco, of Fox Restaurants fame.

The complex will feature outdoor dining and other community gathering spaces, and be located at the Peoria Sports Complex on land currently used for surface parking near the southeast corner of Paradise Lane and 83rd Avenue.

The goal is for the restaurants to be designed, built, and operating within 18 months, according to a city report.

Recently, the city approved a site plan for the complex, and the next step in the process toward completion is the review and approval of construction plans.
