A Gilbert homebuilder was the winning bidder in a state land auction on June 28 at the Arizona State Land Department.
Blandford Homes was the successful bidder Wednesday for 115 acres in an Arizona State Land Department auction.

Nathan and his team, along with attorney Jordan Rose and land planner Wendell Pickett started working on Hawes Crossing more than seven years ago with the dairy farmers and the State Land Department to make Hawes Crossing a reality.
