Los Angeles developer finally starts work on new Mesa industrial park

Silver Creek Development, a Los Angeles company that has several industrial projects underway in the Valley, has finally started work on a new industrial park in Mesa after lengthy delays.

Silver Creek started work in late May on the eight-building, 330,000-square-foot Sossaman Business Campus in southeast Mesa. The project had originally been slated to start work in early 2022. The park is located on Sossaman and Elliot roads and near Google’s massive data center campus. A groundbreaking ceremony is planned for June 20.
