Paradise Valley luxury residence sells in less than two months — for record price

Maximilian de Melo and Patrick Niederdrenk just closed their third deal on the same Paradise Valley home — this time for a record-breaking $10.995 million.

The founders of Scottsdale-based America One Luxury Real Estate listed the newly built property on April 6 for $10.995 million, went under contract on April 17, and closed the deal for the asking price on June 1.
