Alabama construction firm enters Phoenix market

Looking to take advantage of a vibrant construction market, Caddell Construction has set up shop in the Phoenix metro.

The Montgomery, Alabama-based contractor hired Brian Sheehan, the former design and construction division manager for Maricopa County, to lead the office. The company will pursue projects mostly in the Phoenix metro and throughout the state in the industrial, aviation, higher education, health care and municipal sectors, in which Sheehan feels he’ll have an advantage after working for Maricopa County for nearly six years.
