Phoenix, Ariz. – (July 7, 2023) – Village at The BLVD, a luxury build-for-rent community in Avondale, opened for leasing on Monday, July 3. It is the fifth build-for-rent community developed by Empire Group of Companies to open for leasing in Greater Phoenix, and the Scottsdale developer currently has approximately 21 communities in various stages of development. Village at The BLVD includes 187 single-family rental homes and amenities within a gated community just east of Avondale Blvd on the Southwest corner of 111th Avenue and Roosevelt Street.

“We worked closely with the city of Avondale developing our plan for Village at The BLVD to create a community that provides residents access to the new entertainment district and the security and amenities of a gated neighborhood,” explains Richard Felker, founding partner of Empire Group of Companies.

Village at The BLVD offers residents a choice of one-, two-, and three-bedroom single-story homes ranging from 671 to 1,282 square feet. All the homes boast 9-foot ceilings, an open floor plan with kitchen and entertainment and ample storage space with large closets. Kitchen features include stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and every home includes state-of-the-art smart technology package and doggy door access to a private backyard. Residents can also take advantage of reserved covered parking and garages with storage options.
