Home community planned in north Peoria

A small home community called Haciendas 5 is planned near 135th Avenue and the Dixileta Road alignment in north Peoria.

Ty Wilson, of Hilgart Wilson LLC, on behalf of Silver Sky Properties LLC – Pensco Trust Company, has requested to rezone about five acres from the suburban ranch zoning district to Haciendas 5 Planned Area Development to allow for 12 lots of detached single-family homes.

About 1.5 acres of the 5-acre project is open space.
