IDM Companies’ MF community breaks ground in Phoenix

IDM Companies announced that construction has begun on a 348-unit multifamily apartment community in Phoenix, Arizona: Meritum Sonoran Desert. The community will offer residents an upscale apartment living experience with high-end amenities, such as a modern clubhouse and leasing office, state of the art fitness center with indoor and outdoor lounge areas, two resort-style pools, fire pits, a dog park, outdoor games, and more. 

Meritum Sonoran Desert is located on the corner of Sonoran Desert Drive and 29th Avenue in Phoenix. Nearby attractions include hiking at Sonoran Preserve, quick access to HonorHealth Sonoran Crossing Medical Center, shopping at Happy Valley Towne Center, as well as local eateries, such as Azool Grill and LIMóN Urban Kitchen. Residents will conveniently find everything they need in close proximity, making Meritum Sonoran Desert an ideal place to call home. Arizona’s second Meritum community is anticipated to begin pre-leasing in late summer, 2024.
