An entity linked to a prominent auto dealership and Valley business has submitted a proposal for a new industrial park in southeast Mesa.
The project, near the Maricopa and Pinal county line near Meridian Road and State Route 24, is being proposed by SR24Meridian QOZB LLC, which is linked to Chandler-based Earnhardt Auto Centers. The development, however, may not be related to the auto sector.
