Mixed-use proposed at Cooley Station

K&I Homes via Town of Gilbert

A mixed-use development that would bring more than 375 apartment units and 40,000 square feet of commercial space use is up for discussion in Gilbert.

Gilbert Planning Commission will consider a proposal on July 12 by the Cooley family to develop Verity at Cooley Station. The project is proposed across two adjacent parcels for a total of 12.5 acres within the more than 700 acres that make up Cooley Station in southeast Gilbert.
