80 acres near the Town of Florence are being redeveloped into a single-family residential community. North Florence 80 LLC is building the neighborhood on the north side of E Magma Road, between N Cooper Road and N Hiscox Lane.
The Pinal County Planning and Zoning commission unanimously recommended approval in late April and the project was once again unanimously approved at the county Board of Supervisors meeting Wednesday.
The plan includes 298 homes on 400-5,400 square-foot lots, a community park with picnic tables, open play areas, shade trees. Amenities such as a gym, splash pad, pool facility, amphitheater are also being considered.
Rose Law Group Founder and President Jordan Rose, Land Use Attorney Peter Furlow, Senior Planner/Project Manager Jennifer Hall and Project Coordinator Kayla Bertoldo worked with the engineers at CVL to get plan amendment to change the lot’s zoning from GR to R-7 and establish the North Florence 80 PAD overlay.
“This was a great example of working with the Supervisors and surrounding neighbors to create what will be an even better development. This is an excellent location for high quality single-family residential,” says Rose, who represents the property owner.
