Semiconductor equipment manufacturer proposes new East Valley building

Western Semi Solutions via City of Mesa

The owner of Western Semi Solutions is looking just down the street to build a new East Valley facility.

The company, which has been in business for more than 25 years in equipment manufacturing to support the semiconductor industry, is proposing to build a new 75,000-square-foot industrial building on a 5.7-acre site on the northwest corner of McDowell and Greenfield roads in Mesa. Western Semi Solutions has an existing site at 2692 N. Norfolk, which is directly north of the site of the proposed building and minutes away from Falcon Field Airport.
