Valley joint venture plans huge industrial park in Buckeye

A joint venture including Phoenix-based Eisenberg Co. and Scottsdale-based Van Tuyl Cos. are planning to develop a new 3.6 million-square-foot industrial park in the West Valley. 

The sprawling project, called Buckeye 225, will be built across 226 acres along State Route 85 in Buckeye and include six buildings ranging in size from 270,000 square feet to more than 1 million square feet with options for speculative, ground lease, owner-user sales or build-to-suit development.
