Mesa City Council gave the thumbs up to a subdivision plat that will make way for a new industrial project by Scottsdale-based Martens Development Co.
Mesa City Council unanimously approved the project, called The Brickyards on Ellsworth, at its Aug. 21 meeting through its consent agenda, which did not require discussion before the vote. The Brickyards on Ellsworth will have eight buildings totaling more than 900,000 square feet. Those eight buildings will range from 35,938 to 306,094 square feet.
