Glendale looks at land use change for townhome project

On Tuesday night, the Glendale city approved the a minor general plan and rezoning for a project titled Residences at Westgate.

The site is located east of the northeast corner of 87th Avenue and Glendale Avenue, and is roughly 2.47 acres.

The  applicant Glendale Farms LLC, is proposing  to use the property for a thirty-seven  unit townhome project which will include attached garages, patios, private rear yards, and common open space with amenities.
