The Queen Creek Town Council has approved a condominium plat for Volare Hangars at Pegasus Airpark.
Council approved the plat at its Wednesday meeting as part of its consent agenda.
The plat is for a nearly 7 acre, 34-unit hangar condominium located east of the northeast corner of Empire Boulevard and Ellsworth Road. It was requested by Hangar Homes at Pegasus LLC and Hangar Homes at Pegasus II LLC.
The 34 hangar units will be spread across four buildings and the project will be constructed in two phases.
According to a staff report, each phase will have a northern and a southern building. The northern buildings will each contain 12 hangar units, with the southern buildings each containing five hangar units.
