Downtown Queen Creek continues to see growth

Consistently ranked one of the fastest-growing communities in the state and nation, Queen Creek is seeing a significant amount of development downtown.

The town, incorporated in 1989, is positioned to create a vibrant, walkable downtown core from scratch and is taking advantage with plans to enhance and develop roadways, businesses and amenities.

“Queen Creek’s strong population growth and strategic planning have created the demand for significant development, particularly in the town center,” Doreen Cott, Queen Creek’s economic development director, said in a statement.

“We are excited to see the growing interest in our downtown core that will complement our existing businesses and enhance the area that has historically served as the hub of the community.”
