FrameTec has purchased 30 acres in Casa Grande for $6.1M to build their second manufacturing facility, Project Bravo, in the state. This comes on the heels of their first facility, Project Alpha, which is nearing completion in Camp Verde.
$80M Project Bravo
According to an update video posted to FrameTec’s website, the project in Casa Grande is well on its way to construction. Zoning is in place and meetings with the City and applicable utilities have all been had with positive results. The project site is located on the NEC of Thorton Road and Ash Ave.
According to Kyle Brock, CEO of FrameTec “We expect to start construction in January 2024, complete building and site work summer of 2025, be operational in the first plant in fall of 2025, and be operational in the second plant summer of 2026.” Project Bravo is estimated to represent an $80M capital investment and will likely employ more than 300 people when complete and operational.
