The Eloy City Council Monday night started the process of bringing a small hospital to the city by approving a conditional use permit.
Don Nicolini, vice president of development for Exceptional Health Care, explained to the council what the hospital would entail.
Nicolini said what makes this hospital different from others is the small size of 21,000 square feet with 50% for in-patient care and the other 50% being used for emergency care.
