Rose Law Group sources new talent and fortifies its litigation bench with newest hire

By Arizona Progress & Gazette

As one of Arizona’s most innovative law firms, Rose Law Group pc is frequently on the lookout for the most impressive young attorneys that the state has to offer. Its recent hire both exemplifies that spirit and broadens its significant pool of talent in the field of litigation.

Austin Moylan has come aboard as an associate attorney in Rose Law Group pc’s Litigation Department. Prior to joining RLG, Moylan worked for two years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Steven P. Logan at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.  Moylan graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

During his time at ASU Law, he was on the Board of Editors of the Arizona State Law Journal as the Journal’s Executive Note & Comment Editor. He was involved in the law school’s Post-Conviction Clinic and worked as a law clerk for a successful Phoenix-based criminal defense firm. He also served as teaching assistant for Legal Method & Writing and worked closely with the law school’s admissions office as a law aide.

Moylan was raised in Kansas City and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he obtained his bachelor’s degree after focusing his undergraduate studies on broadcast-journalism and mathematics. During his time in Lincoln, he worked for HuskerVision, the production arm of the Nebraska Athletic Department. During his senior year, he served as the Director for HuskerVision’s Big Ten Network Student U Productions team. He also spent time as a student manager on the men’s basketball team and as a staff writer for the sports section of the student newspaper.

Regarding this opportunity, Moylan said, “It is an incredible honor to join Rose Law Group and to have the opportunity to work alongside the firm’s many talented, brilliant, and experienced professionals. It is such an excellent opportunity, and I am excited to apply my knowledge and skills and deliver great work and positive results for our clients!”
