Paradise Valley Town Council has appointed Bob Brown to fill the vacancy on the Planning Commission with the term ending March 2026.

Brown’s appointment creates a vacancy on the Board of Adjustment on which he has served for two years. The council is expected to fill that vacancy at the Oct. 26 meeting.

For five years, Brown has also served as the lead volunteer for Paradise Valley Police Department.

In 1996, Brown founded Brown Community Management, offering full-service HOA management services to the Greater Phoenix area. Brown managed about 200 homeowners’ associations and 50,000 homes over the last 22 years, including custom home developments in Paradise Valley such as La Place Du Sommet.
