The Valley housing market is steadily becoming more favorable to buyers as it enters the final quarter of 2023, according to a leading analyst of the local real estate scene.
But the Cromford Report ended the third quarter with a not very encouraging outlook for them – mainly because there still aren’t all that many homes to choose from and what’s on the market is way out of reach of their price range.
“We can also see that the market is becoming more favorable to buyers at an accelerating rate,” it said last week.
Chandler’s descent from a sellers’ market has been faster in recent weeks even though it is still the Valley’s most favorable one for sellers, it said.
