Prior to Greenlight, Paulus held key positions at renowned companies such as Greystar, The Wolff Company, and EY. During his career, he demonstrated expertise in a range of responsibilities, including acquisitions, dispositions, design, entitlements, project management, and asset valuation.
A proud alumnus of Arizona State University, Andy Paulus is committed to excellence and innovation in the real estate sector. Paulus is also an esteemed member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), showcasing his dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends, fostering professional connections, and contributing to the advancement of sustainable urban development practices.
