Luxury subdivision to go in near Parker Dam

By Madeline Armstrong | Parker Pioneer

Long River Realty is presenting an almost $15 million subdivision to the Parker area. Working with Jason Oppenheim of The Oppenheim Group, best known for being on the Netflix reality series “Selling Sunset” and “Selling OC,” Tim Holley, owner of Long River Realty, envisioned a gated, luxury community called The Cliffs overlooking the Colorado River.

Priced at $14,995,000 and located right off Highway 95 near the Parker Dam, the site spans 39.56 acres and is approved for 70 single family lots. Those living in the community will have access to a private community boat launch and private docks.

“This 39-plus acre subdivision is perched high above the Colorado River just downstream from the Parker Dam,” Holley said. “The river, mountain and dam views are unparalleled.”
