DMB, the developer of the sprawling One Scottsdale multiuse development north of Loop 101 near Scottsdale Road, is seeking to substantially alter the project to add more multi-housing units.
The project calls for 2.8 million square feet of commercial space, 2,000 multifamily units and a 400-key hotel on 120 acres.
However, DMB is now seeking to alter that land use budget on the project, which was initially rezoned in 2002 and updated in 2016.
The developer held an open house Nov. 29 to gather public input on a plan to alter the project by converting 1 million square feet of commercial space to multifamily.
