Diversified Partners breaks ground on Glendale shops

Diversified Partners broke ground Dec. 11 on The Shops at 75th at the southwest corner of 75th Avenue and Bethany Home Road in Glendale.

Rafat “AJ” Abdeljaber of NRM Group LLC, and Rob Kerwin of Diversified Partners were among the speakers.

This is part of the company’s $100 million investment in commercial real estate in Glendale.  Learn about the company at www.dpcre.com.  

When complete, this a four-pad, 3.71-acre development will feature four different restaurants and shops, including Dutch Bros. Coffee, Cali Tacos Restaurant and BeBa Nails & Spa.
