Dominium buys in Glendale

The Harry and Anna Morocomb 28-acre farm located at the Northwest corner of 67th Avenue and Maryland in Glendale has been sold to multifamily developer Dominium.  The Farm has been in the Morocomb family for over 60 years.  The purchase price for the property was $11,000,000. 

Dominium plans to build a 384-unit affordable family-oriented apartment project to be called “Juniper Square” and a 221-unit affordable Senior Living Facility to be called “Sixty-Seven Flats” on the property.
