Residents of southeast Mesa vented frustration last week after plans for another large data center campus were submitted to the city’s planning department last month and recently surfaced into public view
An attorney for the owner of 165 acres on the northwest corner of Warner and Ellsworth roads uploaded documents late last month outlining plans for a large data center complex, called Project Borealis, with 1.5 million square feet of data halls.
They will be split between six buildings, two electrical substations, a 150,000-square-foot office building and a 100,000-square-foot warehouse.
