Minnesota manufacturer starts work on Mesa industrial facility

A Minnesota-based company that specializes in heat exchanging manufacturing has planted new roots in the East Valley.

Super Radiator Coils broke ground Dec. 7 on a new manufacturing building with office space in Scannell Properties’ Gateway 202 development in southeast Mesa. The new building will include 45,000 square feet of office space and 130,000 square feet of floor space and clean rooms area to support advanced manufacturing for the company, which has been operating for nearly 100 years.
