Queen Creek’s first “off-campus” medical building is complete.

The 22,000-square-foot, $10 million office building is 100% leased by five tenants. The property, known as Ocotillo Medical Collaborative, is at 22363 E. Domingo Road and was constructed by Cypress West Partners.

“Queen Creek was in dire need of medical services for its growing population. To solve the high barrier-to-entry issues, we bought a retail-zoned piece of land that we then entitled for medical uses,” said Jason Anzalone, a spokesperson for Cypress West Partners.
