Last Thursday, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the development of five tract-home plans in Wickenburg Country Club Estates, which will be carried out by Century Complete Homes and could begin as soon as February. No stranger to the area, Century Complete Homes had previously developed Wickenburg Vistas. “We are really excited to be back in Wickenburg,” said Century’s Regional President Paul Zetah. “Steve Boyle (Town community development director) and his staff are absolutely first class. Wickenburg Vistas was our all-time favorite place to build, and I don’t mean that lightly. It’s a great town, and we are super excited to be back.”
The 40-acre parcel, located along North Vulture Mine Road, is made up of 104 lots. The variety of these lots will consist of homes of five different sizes and three different styles, all including three or more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages, according to Town Planner Steve Boyle. “As far as Wickenburg goes, it’s like I said, it’s very similar to other home builds that we’ve done in the past,” said Boyle. “They’ll build them out in phases. I don’t know the timing on this because the market kind of dictates that based on sales. When they last did it, the market was great and they couldn’t build them quick enough. I assume they’re going to be a little slower because I notice other home builders have slowed.”
