Addition of Coble expands Rose Law Group’s AI practice

By InBusiness Phoenix

Rose Law Group, a full-service law firm and Arizona’s largest woman-founded law firm announced the expansion of its practice with the addition of the new Intellectual Property Department and its chair, Paul Coble, an accomplished technology attorney. This strategic move demonstrates Rose Law Group’s commitment to bolstering its extensive focus and capabilities with AI and Web3 technologies.

The announcement of the enhanced Intellectual Property Department includes a wide range of services advising clients on patent and trademark applications, conducting trademark searches, negotiating licensing agreements and representing clients in intellectual property disputes.

“We recognize the future is Web3. We are thrilled to welcome Paul to our robust roster of attorneys and recognize his unique combination of intellectual property and technology experience previously as a startup founder and software designer,” said Jordan Rose, Rose Law Group founder and president. “Developing our Artificial Intelligence legal practice and services is of the utmost importance to Rose Law Group to better support the needs of our clients.”

Coble’s comprehensive areas of focus include intellectual property and heavily regulated and emerging technology markets such as Artificial Intelligence, personal and commercial data, Web3 and cannabis. A registered patent attorney, Coble advises his clients throughout the entirety of the intellectual property life cycles–from conception to commercialization to enforcement.

In addition to his technical practice, Coble also has extensive experience litigating complex intellectual property cases across the country. He has litigated patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and other commercial disputes relating to a wide variety of technologies, including medical devices, manufacturing systems, consumer electronics, power tools and software.

“Rose Law Group understands the important role of these emerging technologies and the advancements impacting nearly every industry in business. I’m elated to join such a visionary firm and its distinguished group of attorneys,” said Paul Coble, Intellectual Property Department Chair.

Coble attended Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and graduated cum laude with a concentration in law, science and technology–the study of how science and law interact and affect each other’s trajectories.

Looking ahead, Rose Law Group aims to continue to expand its services in the technology sector to fulfill the legal needs of its wide variety of clients.
