Danish firm snags vacant land earmarked for East Valley HQ

A rendering of a 1.73-million-square-foot logistics company headquarters and warehouse being planned in the East Valley.

Denmark-based DSV Air and Sea Inc. closed Jan. 2 on a $46 million parcel of vacant land at the former GM Proving Grounds in Mesa as it moves forward with plans to build a regional headquarters facility.

Nearby on the opposite side of SR 24 is Hawes Crossing, a 1,200-acre master-planned community created after Nathan and Rose Law Group Founder Jordan Rose helped a group of dairy farmers rezone their dairy farms into a mixed-use, master-planned development.
