Developer finishes buildout on second phase of Mesa industrial project

After wrapping up construction on a new industrial park in southeast Mesa, Ryan Cos. is looking to differentiate itself when marketing the project to tenants.

In July 2022, Ryan Cos. and project partner DWS broke ground on the second phase of The Confluence at Mesa Gateway, which comprises three buildings and 354,000 square feet. Ryan Cos. worked as the general contractor and architect of the project. The building shells were completed in October 2023 and are now being actively marketed toward tenants, said Josh Tracy, vice president of development for Ryan Cos.
