Chandler’s Planning and Zoning Commission met just long enough Jan. 17 to approve a consent agenda.
The four-minute meeting is where the commission approved or recommended several project phases or elements.
Included was a recommendation city council approve a rezoning, a preliminary development plan and the preliminary plat for Highland Place, an eight-unit housing project in the north-central part of the city.
The eight duplex units are on two parcels on the southwest corner of Highland Street and Alma School Road, about three blocks south of Warner Road and about one block south of a fire station.
