Florence is in the market for a new community development director.
The town manager’s report presented to the Florence Town Council at its Jan. 2 meeting revealed Harvey Krauss “is no longer with the town of Florence,” according to the report. Krauss held the position of community and economic development director.
The town is currently accepting applications for the community development director position. Florence Communications & Intergovernmental Relations Manager Jeff Graves stated in an email that no decision has been made on whether to hire a separate economic development director.
