Phoenix, AZ— The Galvin for Maricopa County Campaign today announced an impressive fundraising haul as the primary election quickly approaches. Thomas Galvin deposited nearly $120,000 in contributions in the last three quarters of 2023, starting 2024 with a significant war chest of almost $100,000 cash-on-hand. The strong fundraising numbers show the overwhelming support for Galvin’s campaign.
“I am incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support for my campaign to continue representing the people of District 2,” said Galvin. “We are building a strong coalition of supporters who want effective and principled leadership at the county. Since day one, my guiding principle has been to protect the Maricopa County Taxpayer. I am proud of the work I’ve led to cut taxes for Maricopa County residents and invest in safer neighborhoods. I look forward to the campaign ahead and sharing my vision for prosperity with Maricopa County voters.”
Thomas Galvin is a conservative outsider, not a career politician. He’s a real estate attorney with a background in real estate development and consulting. In December 2021, Thomas was appointed to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to fill the vacancy for the District 2 seat and was subsequently elected in 2022. Since taking office, he has worked across the district – from Carefree to Fountain Hills to Scottsdale to Tempe and to Mesa. Maricopa County is the fourth largest county in the United States with a population of over 4.5 million people. Thomas represents roughly 900,000 residents as a Maricopa County Supervisor. He and his wife are raising their young son in District 2.
