Offerpad to relocate operations to newly built Tempe office

Come early 2025, real estate technology company Offerpad Solutions Inc. expects to take occupancy of a new flagship office in Tempe.

Offerpad (NYSE: OPAD) has signed a lease to move into the top floor of the newly built The Beam on Farmer, where it will occupy about 40,000 square feet. The company cited the building being centrally located for employees within the Phoenix metro, its proximity to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and several walkable amenities near the new office as reasons for the move.
