Phoenix Mayor Gallego appointed to U.S. Transportation advisory panel

Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego has been appointed to serve on the U.S. Department of Transportation’s newly created Transforming Transportation Advisory Committee.

Along with 26 other appointees from the transportation industry, government and education sectors, Gallego will provide advice to U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and the department about plans and approaches for future transportation innovation.
