A developer received the green light to build hundreds of apartments in North Scottsdale.
Sandwiched between Grayhawk and One Scottsdale in arguably Scottsdale’s fastest growing neighborhood, Legacy North Apartments at Crossroads plans a three-story, multi-family development with 443 units – 335 apartments and 108 townhomes – on 18 acres at 19550 N. 76th St.
The case – which does not require Scottsdale City Council approval because no rezoning is involved – went before the Scottsdale Development Review Board Jan. 18.
