MARICOPA —The State of the City address, titled “From One Day to Day One,” offered a sneak peek into the future of Maricopa as Mayor Nancy Smith shared the city’s accomplishments thus far.
“Every inch of progress brings us closer to the grander goal: reshaping Maricopa’s landscape,” she said. “It’s a testament to our determination and vision for a safer and more expansive community.”
Following the twentieth anniversary just last year, the event focused on the strides made by leaders, past and present, to create a “community where residents can raise their families and find happiness,” Smith said.
