Chicanos Por La Causa is committed to ensuring everyone has the opportunity to pursue the solid foundation that an education provides. For more than 30 years, the CPLC Scholarship Program has helped Arizona Latino students overcome barriers, including alleviating the financial burden for struggling families so the next generation of leaders can attend college. Through the annual Ronnie Lopez Scholarship Golf Tournament, CPLC supports nearly 100 students attending Arizona State University with the Tomás Espinoza Scholarship; the University of Arizona with the Lorraine H. Lee Scholarship; and Maricopa Community Colleges with the CPLC Scholarship.

The CPLC Scholarship Program currently provides tuition assistance to 93 students who represent the best of the community, and assists them in accomplishing their dream of achieving a higher education to improve their lives and the future of their own families. Since 2008, CPLC has awarded more than $5.5 million to nearly 2,000 students across Arizona. The CPLC Scholarship Program promotes academic excellence, community service and service leadership projects. In addition to maintaining high academic success, the CPLC scholars donate approximately 2,500 community service hours each year.
