Club West Course remains in court fight

Five years ago this month, the Club West Golf Course started drying up.

The Phoenix Water Services Department turned off the tap  after the financially troubled entrepreneur couldn’t pay a $280,000 water bill.

The bill had covered the potable water that kept the sprawling 162-acre, 18-hole site a verdant green for about five months.
