Developer starts work on Scottsdale Airpark industrial building

The Valley’s tightest industrial market will see a new large building for rent by early 2025.


On Feb. 8, Phoenix-based Creation Equity broke ground on Thunderbird Commerce Park — a  243,360-square-foot industrial building near Scottsdale Airport. The $60 million project will add to a submarket with the lowest amount of square footage for rent and under construction in the fourth quarter of 2023, according to CBRE Group Inc.
