ELOY — The Eloy City Council on Monday night received a presentation from Pinal Partnership President and Chief Executive Officer Anthony Smith for 2024.
He said its mission is to improve research, planning and coordination of private-public efforts related to infrastructure, natural resources and community development in the county.
To accomplish its mission, Smith said, monthly breakfast events are held to communicate with leaders on important issues and to form committees to inform or develop actions to be considered by policymakers.
