GSQ developers offer update, drone tour

As the development of Goodyear’s GSQ Downtown progresses, the city put out a drone tour to give residents more of an inside look. 

“The drone tour gives residents a vision of what we expect to happen out here as we start to move forward with building our downtown,” Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo said. “It’s something more visual, something more 3D, so they can get a comprehensive view of what we’re hoping to accomplish down here.”

The GSQ development started on the east side of 150th Street and McDowell Road with city hall. The office building developed along with it and the civic park has been open for a little over a year. A 912-stall parking garage was built to the north of the office building.
