Rose Law Group Planner and Project Manager Knapp noticed by AZBEX

1. Sundt Construction recently won a Build Arizona award for its Zone 3D and 4A Improvements Program: Water Transmission Main Segment 2 project. The award is given each year by the Arizona Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America. The project’s purpose was to upgrade the City of Phoenix’s drinking water delivery system. Sundt served as the construction manager at risk for the $62M Segment 2 under 32nd Street from Shea Blvd. to Bell Road.

2. The Arizona Chapter of NAIOP won two awards at the 2024 Chapter Merit Awards event. Suzanne Kinney was named Top Chapter Executive of the Year and NAIOP Arizona tied for first in the Education Award.

3. The City of Maricopa announced it will cease participation in the Maricopa Economic Development Alliance effective July 1. The City has extended and received acceptance of employment offers from Christian Price, MEDA’s president and CEO, and Rachel Leffall, MEDA’s economic director, which will take effect on April 1. The change is expected to save Maricopa approximately $650K/year and expand the effectiveness of the City’s Office of Economic Vitality.

4. Edge Realty Partners announced the promotion of LeDonna Spongberg from Senior VP to Principal.

5. HKS, Inc. has promoted VP Michael Lyons to Practice Leader, Mission Critical.
