UPDATE: Ritz-Carlton Villas

Completion of the Villas in the Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley project was reported online Jan. 18 and in the Jan. 31 print edition of the Paradise Valley Independent. Since then, the Independent has learned only 10 units have received certificates of occupancy, according to Chuck Ransom, building official for the Town of Paradise Valley. That means the developer is still doing build-out on the rest and needs to get final inspections for health, life and safety to get the other 110 certificates of occupancy for Area A and A1.

Brendan Mann, principal at The Solvere Group, the company handling sales and marketing for Five Star Development, previously said “closings for the completed Villas will commence in February and will continue through the summer.” It was not clear that this was in reference to only a portion of the villas within the project, rather than the entire Villas project itself.
