How Glendale’s economic development director plans to boost downtown

When companies are considering expanding in Glendale, Jessi Pederson likes to meet business leaders at a family-owned eatery called the Little Saigon Restaurant.

The popular Vietnamese eatery in downtown Glendale is located alongside other shops and restaurants in a house structure along 57th Avenue. In addition to its tasty menu items and quality service, Pederson said her go-to table, situated in the backroom, has a Lazy Susan.
