Scottsdale-based multifamily real estate developer, investor and manager MC Companies, 15170 Hayden Road, is bringing a new apartment community to north Tucson.
Set on nine acres at the northeast corner of La Cholla Boulevard and Old Magee Road, The Place at Arroyo Verde will feature 156 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 764 to 1,408 square feet.
There will be seven contemporary open floorplans with high ceilings, fiber-optic cable, Internet access and a host of amenities, including granite countertops, spacious walk-in closets and all-electric kitchens.
